FABRICATION

Our precision fabrication infrastructure for the automotive and railway industries is equipped with advanced machinery designed for high-accuracy and high-volume production. 

CNC Laser Cutting systems that offer fine precision for intricate designs and tight tolerances in materials like steel, aluminum, and alloys.

Welding Robots to ensure consistent, high-quality welds with minimal human intervention, crucial for producing complex and durable parts such as chassis, railcar components, and engine assemblies. 

Press brakes provide the capability to form sheet metals with exceptional precision, enabling the creation of parts like brackets, panels, and structural components. Coupled with advanced CNC equipment and automated inspection systems, our infrastructure delivers efficient, cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance.

MACHINING

Our machining infrastructure is built on cutting-edge technology and precision engineering. We utilize state-of-the-art CNC, VMC, VTL and SPM machines, and robotic automation to ensure high accuracy and efficiency in every part. Our advanced equipment allows us to handle complex geometries, tight tolerances, and large-volume production while maintaining exceptional quality standards for the automotive industry.

FORGING

Our forging infrastructure is designed to produce high-strength, durable components with exceptional material integrity. We utilize state-of-the-art Hammers and Presses to forge components from 500 grams upto 36 kg. 

The facility includes advanced heat treatment and induction hardening capabilities to ensure optimal hardness, strength, and toughness for critical applications. 
 
We have an in house tool room, Robust die-making processes are employed to create complex geometries, while advanced quality control systems ensure each forged part conforms to the drawing and standard.
